Rehearse, from Sonate

Training that shows what people know.

Rehearse is compliance training software for teams that answer to a standard. Completion clicks show who finished; Rehearse keeps each person’s first attempt and every refresher, cited to that standard.

One refresher cycle · Sample

Ninety days of one objective

  1. Six of 14 people know it before any teaching.

Rehearse asks first and keeps that number. Then the lesson, and the misses come back in the same session.

  2. A second correct answer, a day later.

Two spaced correct answers mark 3.2.3 mastered. By the end of Day 1, 10 of the 14 people are there.

  3. The refresher comes back in a different version.

It waits at the next sign-in. Five minutes, between other work.

  4. Thirty days on, 13 of 14 people still hold it.

The one who misses gets it back at the next sign-in, until it holds.

  5. “How do you know they know it?”

The export shows every attempt, each one cited to the section it tests.

Why knowing comes first

Visibility precedes alignment.

A team cannot meet a standard until it can see what each person actually knows, not just who clicked complete. Rehearse shows that first, so you can decide where training needs to go.

How it works

Three steps, one record.

  1. 01

    Anchor to the standard.

Name the topic and the standard it answers to: a regulation, or your own handbook as a PDF or Word file. Rehearse cites every section it uses.

  2. 02

    Generate and verify.

Every item is cited, checked four ways, then reviewed by a person.

  3. 03

    Learn in five minutes.

Answer first, then read. Misses come back; refreshers keep it. New hires run a 30, 60, or 90 day path from their own start date.
